I'd like to explain why I will not buy a Tesla even though I was ready to trade my 2014 Porsche for one. was in my kitchen making breakfast for the kids, with a very busy day ahead of me when I received a call from Tesla letting me know my car wasn't going to start, but they had a full solution to keep my day on track. I was surprised, but mostly relieved they had a plan. Within 10 minutes a loaner arrived and I received my car home in a few days. We didn't miss a beat. Very impressed. Tesla is welcome to monitor all my activities as long as they can get out in front of my obstacles.
