Your vehicles and automated tools are wonderful. Couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, any process that involves a human is terrible. The delivery process was completely inadequate. I already gave feedback on this and didn’t get a response. Now I have a service issue and there’s no one with any technical expertise to help. Perhaps Tesla is not suited for the luxury vehicle market? Maybe stick to more modestly priced vehicles where there is not as much of an expectation?
Is there a manager monitoring this? I am having the WORST time with service and communication.
You pay 80,000 to get Walmart customer service! After a month waiting on a bracket for my license plate and two calls made with no return phone call from the company ( because humans do not answer the phone)...I drove all the way across town to be told they still do not have the part. Now I have to wait until I get to Hawaii to get the part. This is not my first encounter with incompetent people at this company. I didn’t pay 80, 000 for a car to get incompetent service!!
