Great customer service, always willing to fix any problems
I had appointment set up on 8/8/18 11am for model 3 delivery but got a call an hr before its canceled due to paint defect, they told me they will fix it and promised me they will Email me later that day to let me know postpone delivery date, but since then, I got no follow up call n no emails. I reach out by calling no answer and email w auto reply out of office. I'm very disappointed, can't believe this is Tesla!!! So unprofessional!
I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed with my new Model X. I have had nothing but problems since I purchased it. The car randomly turns on in my garage so half the battery is drained when I wake up most days. The internet in the car doesn’t work, the trunk won’t shut all the way when I click the button, and the firmware upgrade failed both times I tried to install it. I feel like I got a lemon. And to top everything off (which prompted me to post this) is I called support and they said it would be 17 days until I can tak... read more
Great experience getting our Model X delivered to this location. Had an engineer give us the walk through of our new car who knew sooo much about it! Great location!
