I recently took delivery of my fourth Tesla, and it was a really terrible customer experience. I was tricked into agreeing to take a slightly used car for a faster delivery being told that if I didn't accept this one I would have to wait "months" for a new one. This later turned out not to be true. I received a call on September 29, 2020 that the car arrived and could be delivered immediately. After reading several negative reviews on Facebook, I placed my order and waited cautiously (expecting a March delivery). Today (3 months early), I couldn't have received a better delivery experience!!! I came in an hour early and Judy processed my delivery expeditiously!!! She gave me the briefing and within an hour, I was on my way. I am VERY pleased with my Model 3. 😊

She gave me the briefing and within an hour, I was on my way. I am VERY pleased with my Model 3. 😊

Talk about VIP service, buying a car here is the same treatment you'd get buying a Ferrari ! well done Tesla !!!

my window won't close once I opened, came in, the gentleman who took care of me was very professional and diligent, although he booked me for repair appointment and waited a week didn't hear from them, called and a lady who identified herself as "Jen" told me I had to do it online and asked me if I want a email address Wich I know and I can find myself, if I called is because I wanted to get answers right away, if Tesla have people to answer phone calls but people answering phone are gonna tell you to go online what's the po... read more

Terrible customer service. Period. Always a bad sign when what looks like a direct line to their service department just reroutes to Tesla’s main call center. Then, a simple question of if they have a loaner car for when my car will be serviced there this morning takes the call center several minutes as they need to call the service center themselves. So, after 3 calls and over 45 minutes the answer is no. No loaner car, so I had to cancel my service appt. BTW, I’ve been waiting several months for an appointment to bring my ... read more

I’ve had a Tesla for 1 year now and 4 months of that have had my car on the shop. The parts and service department have been unbelievably disappointing. It should never take 4 months for a repair. They are completely disorganized and it seems like the left hand does not talk to the right over there. If o knew this was the process to get my car serviced or repaired, I would not have purchased a Tesla!
