If I could give 0 stars, I would. I rang this morning regarding a notification I received about a package. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude, gave me attitude, and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to explain the situation. They showed no interest in helping me or resolving the issue.
