Was given an appointment window from 10 AM -2PM. After waiting for 5 hours (waited an extra hour) I decided to call to see why no one showed up. The answer was the plumber was stuck on another job and would not make it. First impression was my only bad experience with them since I had a problem that needed fixed so I found another reliable plumber. If I get a 4 hour window I would expect they could make it?
On Friday, July 10, 2020 (around 8 p.m.) I was doing laundry in our new home. We have a finished game room with a pocket door that leads to our laundry area. My husband looked down at our laundry room floor and noticed the drain was backing up into the laundry area. The water was brown and full of a sediment; which I just thought was gunk in the pipes.
