Ripped me off! Any quote you get is 3 times as much. I had always used before and did not have a problem BUT that changed. No idea. I hired him to tap me into a sanitary sewer line. ONE FOOT AWAY. Part of the job was filling in the septic tank. The inspector wanted to know if I had a whole house P trap. ***** had just put a new line in 2 years prior $4300,. And because he was here 2 days the price doubled. Didnt fill in plus the inspector passed the work. 3 weeks after this the sewer inspector was fired for taking bribes. I ... read more
I was ripped off by a charge of $1200 for a day's work which consisted of sitting in the truck before coming into the house. I had to go out and ask if they were coming in, travelling to and back from the warehouse because they did not have a camera, and then charging for a full day's work for 2, for doing nothing.

Was given an appointment window from 10 AM -2PM. After waiting for 5 hours (waited an extra hour) I decided to call to see why no one showed up. The answer was the plumber was stuck on another job and would not make it. First impression was my only bad experience with them since I had a problem that needed fixed so I found another reliable plumber. If I get a 4 hour window I would expect they could make it?
man came out because toilet kept running he changed flapper said according to the type of toilet i had he did not have the same flapper said if the flapper he put in did not work he gave me a number and said call around to get correct flapper said when i get flapper call back and they would install when i got bill showed 68.90 fee for walking into the door but rest was not intemized

I do not recommend this company because of the owner. Others familiar with this type of work and have seen jobs (or had others do the work) like our's (sewer line replacement) were very surprised at the way things were left at the end. The owner was only concerned about getting his money. The contract is vague enough that he is covered.
