This guy should be in jail. He sells vehicles but doesn't give you the title. A lot of lies and excuses and thirty days later when the temps tags expire your screwed because you still don't have the title and DMV isn't going to issues permanent plates without it. He doesn't care because once he's got your money it's just more lies or he just stops answering your calls. No integrity!!
