Despite being assured by Dr. Terry's nurse that either he would call me back regarding a concern I have with my son or that she would call me to tell me to go away, neither happened. I thought their business was about compassion and professionalism, but I obviously misjudged them. If you love your child, I suggest you go elsewhere in Knoxville.
