Man I thought I made a good choice going to terry Thompson Chevrolet in daphne when buying my truck, because of what they claimed from the service department. I am not one to complain but After almost 4 weeks of having issues and consistently calling the service department and never getting a solution or never receiving a call back and kept being assured I was next in line for a loaner car and to get my truck fixed. RecommendedMy husband usually does my repairs on my truck. But when it’s something he can’t do because we don’t have a lift, I go to Terry Thompson to get it fixed. I’ve only had to do this twice, but both times they’ve fixed the issue! This last time was a pretty serious/detailed problem. They gave me a loaner until they repaired it, and my truck runs better than ever!

Please do your due diligence when dealing with Terry Thompson Chevrolet. I spoke with a couple of salespeople concerning a 2012 Honda Civic they had for sale all reported it was in good shape. We agreed on a price very near KBB high retail value and made arrangements to come late yesterday as we live 2 hours away. When we arrived it was obvious the Civic had serious observable cosmetic flaws pertaining to the interior and exterior. The car should have never been priced at KBB high retail value. The absolute WORST service department ever! They will NOT return phone calls and do not live up to their promises! I will never use them again!

Like he said he would, our service manager took your info and concerns to our pre-owned manager for review. Our pre-owned manager said that he did try calling you. I am very sorry that your battery is not covered. If you refer to your warranty information, maintenance items such as batteries are not covered. We are happy to sell you a battery and you will receive the warranty that comes along with that.
