Wasted my time for 3 years. Told me to come back when I turn 70 years old. If I have the neck surgery when I'm in my 70's the chance of me blowing it out before I die are very slim. In the mean time I suffer everyday. Numb from the top of my left side of head to my left foot. Stabbing pain.
Dr. Ganocy did a 2 level anterior/posterior spinal fusion on my (L4-L5, L5-S1). I was doing GREAT. I got over confident and started playing golf again, one of my two true loves in life. Now I am likely going to have surgery again sadly. My own fault.
He did a wonderful job, smack dab in the middle of the Pandemic. I was suffering, but after having the surgery, the horrible pain was gone. Thanks for everything.
Walking/driving normally 3 days after micro spine surgery and pain free for 5 years.
I was a little worried about having surgery, but so glad I did. I had been dealing with sciatic nerve pain in both legs. Dr. Ganocy recommended a laminectomy and my leg pain is gone. The doctor explained the surgery and took the time to put me at ease.
I had suffered from a degenerating back condition for several years before finally being referred to Dr. Ganocy in 2017. At the time, he suggested avoiding surgery as long as my back condition did not overly impact my quality of life. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and continued to work with my regular doctor. Dr. Ganocy worked a miracle on me!! My severe neck and back pain went away after my operation!! I couldn't believe it!! I got my life back!! Dr. Ganocy operated on my cervical spine. He did a multiple level disectomy and spinal fusion. My pain was severe in my neck and upper back for many years!! I had many years of various treatments, but eventually none of them worked. Dr Ganocy operated on my husband who had a stenosis of cervical (neck) Spine with Myelopathy which happened suddenly. He correctly diagnosed the seriousness of the situation (through CT and MRI’s) and performed a successful 3+ hours surgery within 12 hours of admission. His quick response may have saved my husband from permanent paralysis. His bedside manner is reassuring pre & post operative. He answers questions and deals with concerns in a positive manner. Totally felt confident.
Dr. Ganocy is a miracle worker! Very prudent in his approach and extremely competent in his practice. I am grateful for his care.
