Dr. Henson and FNP Misty Moore have been my dermatologist for the past ten years, and I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism and competency of their services. The staff is helpful and the time in the waiting room is short. I've recommended them to multiple friends and coworkers who were pleased.
She barely looked at my child's face and kept insisting he take his shirt off even though I had informed the nurse and the doctor herself my child has autism. I also told her he has no acne on his chest or back and offer to pull that shirt up so she could see. She barely acknowledged my child. Not a good match for an ASD child. The best part was at checkout they decided to inform me that they don't bill secondary insurance. Something that should've been discussed upon making the appt!
The staff and her office is more focus on insurance than the issues. They will not even schedule an appointment unless you have the right insurance. Although my insurance was valid and in network, they were too focused on getting paid than the issue. The service in the office was absolutely awful. I wouldn't recommend her office to anyone.
