I was very disappointed with my experience. Scheduling an appointment was incredibly frustrating—it always went straight to voicemail, and although my calls were eventually returned, they came while I was teaching and unable to answer. It took nearly three weeks before I was able to speak with someone and make an appointment.The appointment itself was extremely rushed. If you are in need of a Dermatologist look no farther. You wont find one any better than Dr. Henson. She and her staff are very impressive and well educated and trained in their field. You can be confident you are getting the very best care available . See Dr. Henson you to will be impressed.
The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Henson is also very friendly. I only had to sit in the waiting room for about 3 minutes before they called me back. Once in the back it wasn’t very long before Doc came in. She took care of my issues and I was on my way. One of the very best experiences I have ever had in a Drs office. Most definitely recommend Dr. Henson and will continue to use her.
Saw Misty Moore many years ago to get a cyst removed from my calf and ended up with staphylococcus infection in my whole leg and wound up with a bad, wide scar. She is with another clinic now and they offered me an appointment with her and after all this time I remembered her name and am scheduling with someone else.
Physician Assistant Barry was helpful and reassuring during my visit. I will return to this facility with any future skin issues I may have.
