I'm glad my request for second opinion turned out to be Dr. Kim. He didn't rush me for surgery and explained in details about my condition. He is very patient and very careful. I'm glad Dr. Kim was the one who did my surgery. It went so well. Eventhough my body took sometime to heal and feel better. When I needed to talk to him. I got called from his associate and him-self to follow up with me. I could not me more satisfied.

Dr. Kim is a well respected spine doctor. After arriving 15 minutes before my appointment time as instructed, a nurse took my blood pressure and asked a few questions. I was then left alone in a room for 1 hour. When I went to look for assistance and find out how much longer before seeing the doctor, the office waiting area was dark and the staff was gone. I found another doctor who explained it would still be another 30 minutes before Dr. Kim might see me. I left.

Dr kim saved my Dad's life. I have had too major surgeries done by him also. I have never had another doctor with his bedside matter. He treated me like family. He is a conservative doctor and never rushes into surgery. He even made me get a second opinion just to play it safe. I feel so lucky to have met this man.

Overbooks all clinic appointments and you are made to wait anywhere from 1-3 hours. He is a highly skilled doctor, but this lack of respect for his patients is unacceptable and unreasonable. Mind you, this is my first review for his office and after this has happened for the past 4 appointments I have had, I feel it only right to give my honest review albeit dissatisfied. One thing to note, Dr. Kim stated that this is "just how it is" and "not to make any plans if I have an appointment again".
