DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We placed a tile order March 3rd, 2024 paid them a five figure deposit and the tile never arrived. They gave us excuses for months blaming a flood in Brazil. January 2025 we cancelled the order and requested a refund. To date, they have ignored multiple requests as well as a demand letter from my attorney. If you have this company install your roof get a release of lien because they don't pay their supply bill. You will end up paying for your roof twice
They have defrauded my business out of 1700.00 dollars sent a check with insufficient funds. Now they refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails.
