This has gone to shit. Overpriced garbage. Who the hell makes you pay for a fork to eat the Overpriced trash what a joke next time I'll just walk down the street
Terrible service at Terryaki noodles. Staff doesn’t understand plain English- when ask for the Soup, they forgot to put all ingredients. When I confronted them they didn’t offer money back. When I complained to cash register - they said manager is not here! How convenient!
The food's super expensive, especially the pizza (seriously, don't get the pizza). It's just 4 tiny, dry slices with hardly any cheese, You can't even eat it..nothing like other pizza places outside the hospital. Furthermore, the fruit is notably expensive; I was charged $2 for a single banana which I can get 5 bananas again outside of the hospital for $1 The salad I received contained a rotten tomato. There are numerous opportunities for the hospital to enhance its services..
Lady behind counter where jello was at. Very rude over priced
Bought a $6 fruit cup and the blueberries had mold. When I returned I was told there was nothing left. I said there are smaller fruit cups, I’ll have two of those to replace. The woman who assisted reluctantly, would only give one small fruit cup because my daughter had already eaten some. Unnecessarily difficult and rude, as if there was no right to complain about expensive moldy fruit. Normally I wouldn’t even complain but the staff member was just awful. Do better, you charge a fortune for a small portion.
