I'm a SCAD student and I loved it here right away. It was a little unorganized and messy at first due to new ownership (no worries though, it all worked out perfectly), but you can't really beat the price for what you get. Honestly, the area is amazing, it's extremely close to downtown Savannah, but it also has its own village directly behind with lots of great shops and places to eat (literally take a single step and you are there it's so close haha). Got a friend whose power is off and has been for days, they told her it was the electric company, she called them and there's no outage. Offered her a stay in another apartment... with NO LOCK. Awful.
Don’t even bother with this place. Unprofessional at best.
