RecommendedI definitely can say I really appreciate the new company and management team. As well as staff. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I definitely enjoy living under the new staff. They are quick to respond as well. Also willing to work with you. I really hope they are here to stay.

I think it's a great place! Your so close to everything u could possibly need or want to see ! I really love how close to the beach I am an the management team here is absolutely fantastic couldn't ask for a better team to work with! If I ever had a question or concern they were right on the money with it !
Completely unprofessional. Run by children, it seems. Complete lack of necessary communication. It's an absolute mess. (Maintenance folks are wonderful, though.)
So far I haven't had any problems, so I can't complain!
They have their ups and downs but they're getting their sh*t together. Reasonable prices in a nice location of town close to Armstrong and SCAD. Hadn't had any problems so far.
