BEWARE BEWARE! Horrible place to live. The leasing office will not stop people from being loud, screaming at the top of their lungs. My car has been vandalized multiple times. The mailboxes have been broken into. It is an unsafe area to live. The night service managers do nothing to stop the noise. When I moved into my apartment, it was completely filthy. The managers of this property will lie and tell you everything is wonderful. Please look elsewhere to live. They do not care about any “rules” they have in place.

Would not recommend This place is too expensive and not worth it for such a tiny apartment When I first moved in there were roaches everywhere and trash everywhere by the dumpsters The property is poorly taken care of for the price you pay Lewis Management Corp is a money hungry they didn’t care that they were evicting a single mother and her son during Christmas time Wish I would have never lived here

Unhappy Resident at Rosewood apartments I lived at Rosewood apartments in Redlands for one year and six months and was consistently disappointed by the living experience. Despite the high rent, the apartment suffered from thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors, resulting in constant noise. The freeway proximity added to the noise issue. Additionally, management seemed unresponsive to my concerns about noise and security. There were also significant parking problems. Mice Infestation and Poor Management I’ve lived here for 4 years. This is the 4th time I’ve had a mice infestation. I am VERY clean, all of my food in the pantry is kept in sealed boxes but every fall I get mice. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

Excellent Community Very impressed with management staff. All my concerns were met with straightforward answers and my paperwork was explained flawlessly. Move-In process was pain-free.

Great experience Me and my family just moved in today. Vanessa was really helpful and made the process super fast. She was understanding to our situation and made it happen for us. I won’t guarantee anything for anybody but this team will leave no stone unturned trying to get you in.

Great Community! The amenities are amazing! The community events are awesome for people with children with Santa visiting for Christmas, the Easter bunny, Easter egg hunts, periodic food trucks, block parties, pre-pandemic they had parties at the clubhouse with dancing and food and even used to have after school programs for the kids after school. I’ve had an awesome experience so far and I have no complaints. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now. Nice place to call home!

Overpriced No security after 2am,theft daily from 2 to 6 am. Hit and runs all the time. Management is invisible to your concerns. No communication.
