Pésima asociación , cada día peor
Sra. Elizabeth G. Ojeda/Presidente Mi nombre es Miriam mi unidad 2001, en el Estados de cuenta de mi unidad aparece que debo 2 meses de mantenimiento de asociación y aparte le han adjuntado a ese total $25. de multa por cada mes por pagar tarde cuando yo nunca he dejado de hacerlo. Tengo las copias de los cheques cobrados por Terra Lake Villas. Espero arreglen este error la mas pronto posible. Gracias por su cooperación
I lived here from 2004 to 2019, and while I initially enjoyed my time there, things took a drastic turn once Teresita became President of the Association. It seems like she still has nothing better to do than harass the residents. I vividly remember how she would patrol the neighborhood in the evenings with security, checking on residents and their guest vehicles.
