Just don't!!!!!!! I had to re-schedule 2 appointments, and the front desk woman basically told me to not bother re-scheduling since I have already wasted enough of their time. I am looking for a new eye Dr. and was hoping this may have been the one.... Wrong....They must be desperate for help.... I'd give zero stars if it were an option.
First doctors office I've been to who takes your insurance card days before your visit, only to withhold telling you they are out of network for your insurance. I asked what they're policy is and if there was anything they could do to help me out since they didn't tell me they were out of network and I got the response "we do our best to tell our patients, but it's actually your responsibility to check if we're in network or not so we can't help you."
