The food is good, fantastic even. Customer service is consistently the terrible. I've had to wait forever for simple orders, wrong orders, and treated as though I was an inconvience, rather than a customer. I always think it'll be better next time, but that time has yet to come.
I have always loved this place. The food is amazing, which has made me overlook the often terrible service that I experience when dining there. Because of the food and atmosphere, this was the very first place that I thought of to have my bridal shower. I scheduled my event and met with the chef to plan my event. They assured me they would follow up and send me a quote. I contacted them multiple times over a period of 4 months and I have still never received a response. The food is great... but I'm never impressed with the customer service. The manager has his head in the clouds and most of the workers won't even raise a brow. I want to love this place, but every time I go in I'm just reminded why I haven't been in so long.
Held a group meeting at Terra Cafe this evening. They were so nice an accommodating! Plus the menu is amazing.
