We are guided by the philosophy that you should know what is in your food. Therefore, our food is made from scratch! Seriously. We make our own bread, pastries, desserts, and even our own English muffins and pita. We make the sausage that goes on our breakfast sandwich. We make our own salad dressings. The granola? Yep. The gravy for the biscuits? Of course. We do not make the cheese. (Yet!) We do make great coffee and tea. Our espresso is ground, tamped, and pulled by a real barista.

Great coffee and bfast. Nice vibe and a chill atmosphere.
The food here was fantastic! Great soups, salads, smoothies, and especially their beautiful dessert cabinet options. Unlike a traditional sit-down restaurant, here you place your order at the counter and receive a number for your table. The rest is all self-serve. They work with area farmers for some of their products so it always tastes fresh. They do get quite busy at lunch, so sometimes tables can be difficult to find. Check out their outside deck in the summer! It is very peaceful and sits right next to the Rail Trail.
Went today for brunch. The coffee was terrible, the food was just ok, and the service was apathetic. Several tables of people came in after us and were served before us. When I finally got our waiter to come over to us he explained that our food was given to another table. Just that, then just walked away. The quiche was ok, the waffles were so so. The best thing was the fresh fruit. The coffee - was it Maxwell House? It was awful.
