HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY! Do not contract them and give them any cent! We started a contract last year and for the past 3 months they went missing. Never responded to any of our calls and messages. Today a tech shows up while we were at work and performed a service and now I have an invoice for $75? Of course they want to show up now that the year contract is done and charge me a fee for something I NEVER ASKED FOR! NOPE! Kirk was very helpful on the phone and the technician that came out, Chris was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us professional tips and even recommended a natural bug spray for when we go out and some fun things to do with kids around here since we are new to Orlando. The service was fast and I haven't seen a single mosquito or palmetto bug. I'm very pleased with their service.

My wife and I have been trying different ways to get our lawn to look better, but after spending a ton of money on chemicals and months of waiting, nothing seemed to happen. Vern came to my house the day after I called to inspect for termites. I had termites in some wood siding which Vern said could simply be replaced. I did not need treatment. There was no charge for this wonderful news. How refreshing to deal with such an honest company. Thanks Vern!
