Pretty disappointed in both Livonia and Highland locations. Sold both vehicles that a hefty down payment was offered on both and told them the vehicle was what was being purchased. Horrible business

a bit pissed off this morning ,spoke with a young lady this morning about an add on TV about a chevy Equalnox ,advertised at 74 dollars a month ,fine print said see the dealer ,also that they could give me a quote on a trade in on my for that is ready to turn in on lease 1 the salesman said they dont take trade ins that are ending leases ,okay so on to the add ,in short tom brought out the new car ,very nice ,nothing special the 74 a month turned into 255 a month with 1000 down ,bait and switch as far as im concerned ,very ,... read more
