Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia Service Dept. is THE BEST. The staff is kind and considerate. My vehicle is 5 months old this month. When it was 2 months old, I heard a noise each time I stepped on the gas, I took it to service, and they told me what it was, and that it was fine. I was satisfied because I understood what he explained to me.
The staff at Feldman Chevorlet go above and beyond! I scheduled a service a few hours before a business meeting, and although the service rep mentioned it would only take an hour, it took a bit longer than expected - to the point I realized I was going to be late for my meeting if it took any longer. When I spoke with the manager, Shaun Benard, he immediately brought a loaner car around and let me take it to my meeting- which I thankfully made it to right on schedule.
