We drove an hour south to look at a truck my husband found on-line. Joel Copeland was our salesman and Matt Sayyae got us a great deal. I am completely disappointed in my Feldman “experience”. I purchased a low-mileage used vehicle (a 2014 with 28,000 miles) from Feldmans on Friday, May 12th. I picked up the car, which I was assured had been fully serviced and inspected and was ready for immediate delivery, on Saturday, May 13th. Had a great experience. Gosha was personable and listened to my requests.
Expect your oil change to take 2 hours. They didn't get to the other services I scheduled. What's the point of making an appointment. You dealership sends out multiple texts to see if I'll make the appointment. How about you call your customer and re schedule if your that backed up. The service person I delt with was very nice, and professional but it doesn't make up for the crappy over all service.
Customer service is non existent. They blast out generic emails, and when I email them back with some simple questions, they don't even respond! Then the "manager" emails me another generic message asking if I am satisfied. I email back my answers. Guess what, no response either! I am guessing they intentionally do this so you call and get roped into coming to the dealership. Ohh well, I will take my 2 leases to another company.
My experience was excellent my sales person Michael did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle an the deal
