I was very impressed with Feldman, I also have a ford and NEVER treated as well as I was at feldman!! I think my next purchase will be a Chevy and not a ford!!
I have purchased or leased 7 cars from Feldman/previously 5 in Novi and the last two in Livonia. I have to say the Livonia dealership has a way to go to meet the service level of Novi from sales to service. I am stuck with a lease without what I consider important equipment. Scam they counted years I didn't own the vehicle under my warranty. Horrible business that won't fire the liars that sold me the warranty.
Great sales staff, efficient service all around super dealership!
Everyone was very friendly. I loved that I was able to get a free rental while my car was being prepared. I was given a car that was very similar to the one I have been used to driving, which was also helpful as well. Jennifer from the body shop was pleasant and knowledgeable about insurance claims and the process one has to go through in order for the repairs to be fully covered as this was a new experience for me.
