Deceptive marketing scams. Will never do business here.
I have never done business with this company but I never will. They utilize a scam called the Money Carlo Game to get people in the door. It's a nationwide scam run by many deceitful dealerships. The company that created the game for these dealerships makes a bunch of pull tab game cards that make it seem like a customer has won $5000, but when a customer goes into the dealership, they're told that they have won a 'chance' to win a prize. Salesman Dave Wolinski was very understanding and accommodating to our specific wants and needs from availability of times to meet with him to test drive to the options we wanted and our budget . Best Salesman Ever, definitely went above and beyond his expected duties. We will most definitely be back to buy another car from Dave and I will recommend him to family and friends.

Best sales experience I've ever encountered ! Salesman Dave Wolinski got me a new 2016 Silverado Black out edition and really took it amongst himself to help and understand my situation. He understood what I came in for and got me it Fast and efficiently and the finance team who worked quickly to find a price I could afford thank you everyone for your Wonderful service!! I would recommend them to anyone !
Made an appointment for an oil change at 4:00pm, arrived and was told it wouldn't be even looked at for another hour and 45 min. Another time went in for tire leak, was told it would take 5 min, 2 hours later I go to check and the man working on my car WENT HOME and no one even told me my car was done or what was wrong with it or what they even did to it. Just awful every time. UPDATED. Just had a tire patched, I have tire protection, was charged $16 and refused refund.
The team here worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I demanded. Thank you so much James Detone and the gang. They were very professional and caring. All of them taking a minute or 2 to help keep my 5 month old grandson happy and smiling. Thanks again everyone Mason and I enjoyed our experience.
