From the time you walk in the door they treat you like family. Gosha is the best sales person I have ever had. The service department are second to non. You will get a great deal and a even better experience.
Feldman as a family of dealerships is horrible 3 separate occasions they've sent me invited to come in and trade in my car and three separate times they have wasted hrs of my time. I would recommend to steer clear of them

I think I should win because, we purchased a 2013 Chevy Impala, I which we Love very much. My Husband and I Are both retired. Help with our Grandkids . Give one of them a piece of change every month to help him in College. But since then things have really gotten tight. So we haven't been out together to enjoy each other in a long time. I came in about a year ago after receiving a promo at home. Promo had the potential to be a bait & switch but I didn't even consider this at the time. I've reached out on my own after my salesperson left via the chat feature on the website to no avail, I did the footwork on my sale but I can't get a return phone call and a resolution? 2 stars are only because the service team is great! Purchased a Ford f250 on October 9th from this dealership. Overall truck isn't bad. Needed shocks. Had to buy jack for truck. Floor mats. It took them a month after numerous calls for them to send me my registration. They promised me a gas card for the inconvenience. I never got the card! And they wanted me to recommend them to my friends. Um, no way!
