My wait was very short before I was call back nurses was super friendly and professional I was examined very Closely and was asked if I had any questions or concerns.Dr Cates came in and re-examine me and went over x-rays discussed my results and future treatments.I am in good hands with Dr Cates and his staff
Dr. Cates is probably the best Orthopedic Surgeon in Tennessee. He is very specific in his approach to replacing knees and hips. I wouldn't trust any other Surgeon to replace my hip. He has already replaced both my knees. Dr. Cates is very kind and thoughtful.
Good experience. Both knee replacement. Pain free. Have been treated with respect and courtesy. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend Dr Cates to anyone with knee problems.
Dr. Cates is the absolute the best Doctor I’ve seen. He cares about you as a patient.
