The service was excellent as usual From registration and the staff nursing ,radiolog,,very caring kind and professional Dr Harold Cates is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon with a lot of knowledge his bed side manner is excellent very patient explained my situation with my knees I am extremely happy to have him and I trust him a lot for taking care of my orthopedic issues
Dr cates great doctor would recommend him to anyone I like him alot good talk to and he listen to you where lot doctors won't
Dr. Cates asked many questions and listened well to my answers. He recommended managing my condition with minimal over the counter medication before considering anything invasive at this point, which I was hoping to be the case. I feel he treated my individual situation and needs as a person and not as 'the patient'.
Dr. Cates always takes the extra time and listens to your concerns and questions.
