The staff has always treated me great and helped with injuries. Surgery on a collar bone and foot pain issues over the years.
Surgeon was great but the rest of the experience was not. Long story but their precert dept, scheduling, reception and patient relations need to get on the same page. If it wasn't for the VA would not be going back.
