My daughter has been on hold for over 2 hours trying to make an appointment with urgent care clinic at parkwest.....Just like it says to do. 2 hours and is still number 8. This is ridiculous. Before you changed your phone system we never waited for more than 15 minutes. Something needs to be done. I will find another provider if this is going to be the norm.
