Dr. Gobbell was an amazing surgeon. After falling at home, I was transported to Methodist Medical Center and eventually found my way to Dr. Gobbell. He was an amazing surgeon, and his bedside manner was excellent. My pain post surgery was minimal, and he followed up to make sure my recovery was on track. I hope I don't need his services again, but I think he's the best in the business of I do. Thank you, Dr. Gobbell!

My daughter has been on hold for over 2 hours trying to make an appointment with urgent care clinic at parkwest.....Just like it says to do. 2 hours and is still number 8. This is ridiculous. Before you changed your phone system we never waited for more than 15 minutes. Something needs to be done. I will find another provider if this is going to be the norm.
