I was in a bad place at work with a bad knee injury many years prior that decided to act up that day and put me in a position of not being able to walk. I was recommended by a co-worker to contact TOA Urgent care at Parkwest. I did and was told to come to the walk-in clinic. With the help of my son, I was able yo get inside the clinic with a wheelchair. I was treated amazingly well. I filled out the paper work and was sent home within 30 min able to stand and walk. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The doctor was also wonderful! Thank you guys so much for your help! It has been a very pleasant experience especially with a broken ankle.
I love TOA urgent care and will always go back. I was very well taken care of when I went in for my foot pain. The staff was super empathetic and kind and they were very patient with me as I dont do well anxiety wise in Dr's offices. My concerns were seen and heard without judgement which we all know can be hard to find, but thats no issue here. 100/10 service.
