Anytime I have a problem I go to TOA. They are organized for quick, thorough help with quality follow up to make sure your health problem is solved and quality of life improved.
My husband had fallen and we could not get in to see the doctor. We went to TOA walk in clinic and did not wait long until seen by the nurse. She took the information and X-Rays were ordered of his knees and foot, which he was complaining about. Shortly after X-Rays were taken, Emily the PA came in, introduced herself then did her exam. A friend told me about TOA Walk-in Clinic. I was impressed with the facility from the moment I drove up and saw that they had valet parking. What a relief to not have to walk all the way from the parking lot on a broken foot! The clerical staff was efficient and helpful. The medical staff was kind and compassionate. The facility was clean. And I walked out with a boot and clear instruction how to care for myself. I do not hesitate to recommend TOA Walk-in Clinic to anyone who needs their services.
The MRI scheduler called me once; I missed it but immediately called back and no one answered. I have called every day and no one picks up their phone, nor does anyone call back after I have left voicemails. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
It was great to be able to walk in and get x-rays and a diagnosis in a short period of time after I injured my foot. My injury occurred two hours prior to arrival at TOA. The staff is excellent! Knowing my injury was not going to require surgery, was a relief. I highly recommend going there is you sustain an orthopedic injury!
