I went to a newer office on North Broadway. Loved it. I was near my home and no trips to downtown area. My appt was for a one year follow up after a hip replacement. Staff was very pleasant. Dr Poole was thorough and professional. He Checked my xrays, made recommendations as to further care. Such a nice guy. I will definitely return to him.
Dr. Rinehart is a charismatic and professional orthopedist specializing in hand issues. I had no trouble getting an appointment and speedy treatment. His staff was uniformly courteous and helpful. It was a great experience in terms of dealing with the healthcare system.
I had my right rotator cuff done in Atlanta in 2022. Such a hard recovery. I had my left rotator cuff done on April 8 with Dr John Reynold. He went over everything up front even providing photos of damage. Surgery we flawless. Two week follow up repair of rotator cuff photo were provided and the recovery procedure from Atlanta to Tennessee were different. Pain in my knee was like a bad toothache that wouldn't go away, seen Dr Reynolds and got a shot in it and its a thousand times better then it was ,cant thank him enough!
I got the biggest runaround over a knee brace ! No one would help me , BUT boy they sure wanted that copay . Very rude girl on the front
