If you make an appointment schedule for first thing in the morning. I live an hour away, my appointment was for 3:50 pm, I arrived at 3:45 pm, at 5 pm I went to the only front desk receptionist left up front, who had just told the three other patients waiting that when we left we needed to go out the last door because the others were locked.
