This was my first and last visit. I had an appointment with Dr. Wilson scheduled for 11:15. Arrived at 11 to complete paperwork. Very few people in waiting room, so not busy. Finally went up to inquire status at 11:45. One of the front desk attendants rudely asked, "Why? Is there someplace you need to be?" As if appointment times were merely a suggestion in her world. Great service. Dr. Wilson is phenomenal.
I feel like I was seen quickly and rushed out. I got God awful stares of disgust by the employees while I was there and not really cared for. I almost said something,one of the nurses there kept looking at me, snarling her lip and looking at me like I was a scumbag. I believe I was discriminated because of my appearance. I know they charged my insurance and made thousands of dollars to quickly see me and rush me out the door. I probably spent 2 minutes talking to the doctor in which he showed no real care.
