Drs. and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Drs. answered all my questions and gave me hope. I felt better after my first infusion. I have been depressed for over 30 years. I have tried numerous medications and other procedures without relief. Finally I was able to feel normal again. What a strange feeling. I'm getting infusions every 2 weeks now. Thank God. I decided to switch to this clinic after my previous provider closed her practice. I had a great experience with Dr. Rome for two years, so I was hoping for something similar here. While most of the nurses were friendly, the overall vibe of TN Ketamine and Wellness felt corporate and uncomfortable. Amazing Physician and Wonderful Nurses and Staff!!
Dr. Rome was so kind and patient with my questions. I feel comfortable having my first treatment now. Before meeting her and her wonderful nurse, Jen, i was extremely nervous. I am now a day after my second treatment. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. They make sure your questions are answered and are completely comfortable. Dr. Malchow is very thorough and kind. So happy I chose them for this important treatment.
