RecommendedBack when we had that week-long freeze we had a bunch of pipe breaks above our garage. Jessie came out at 9:00 at night in single digit weather and fixed them. Been my plumber ever since. He does excellent work and is very conscience.
My wife and I had a water backup in our basement and couldn't use our bathrooms which was an emergency. Jesse came out to our house after normal hours and fixed it for us. He did an incredible job and was very reasonable with the price. He had so many helpful recommendations and helped me understand what he was doing. There is nothing this guy can't do. I would definitely recommend him and Tennessee Home Craft to anyone!
Jesse and Ryan were awesome! They took out our old tub and replaced it in 1 day! They cleaned everything up too. Such nice and hardworking guys!

Jesse Katz and his team have been helping solve my home issues with professional service and impeccable work for about 15 years. When a rain-related problem surfaced over the weekend he responded within hours to my text and was here to assess within 24 hours. From roofing, to replacing exterior siding, to a bathroom remodel and fixing a major termite issue, Tennessee Home Craft and Plumbing has been wonderful.
We had an issue with our hot water heater (bought by the previous owner) and were referred to Jesse Katz. He suggested we check to see if our part was still under warranty instead of just trying to get us to buy a new water heater. The part was still under warranty and Jesse made himself available to install the new part even though it was no longer a high dollar job. He was professional, thorough, and fast! He did a great job and we would recommend him to others. We will definitely look to use him again in the future.
Excellent work and very professional! Jesse is the absolutely best! He is always professional, polite and we highly recommend him to anyone in the East TN area. He has done all the plumbing work in the remodeling of our home. This house was a complete overhaul and Jesse's work has been outstanding.
