I started coming to TFS nineteen years ago about every 2 years or so. Every stay is both the same and different. Not only is there exercise and healthy meals but good people. Both the other guests and the staff. It's comfortable, fun and inviting

This is my 9th time at Tennessee Fitness Spa and I enjoy coming back time after time. The staff is friendly and accomadating, the food is healthy and delicious, the fitness classes will get you in shape quick, and the atmosphere is positive. It's rustic, yet beautiful! Need to get away from it all - this is the place to come...
TF Spa was a life changing experience for me. Both of my visits I walked away feeling stronger, healthier, full of positive energy and truly blessed from the friendships I made. The staff is genuinely kind and caring and helps you to individualize your fitness needs. You never feel like you are in competition with other guests. The fitness classes and meals are fantastic. If you are looking for one of those fancy spa resorts where you walk around in a robe all day.....then this may not be for you. I cannot wait to go back!
