I love this spa and have enjoyed week here so very much. The setting is beautiful and well cared for by dean. The rooms are rustic and very adequate. The food is delicious, healthy and plentiful. ALL of the staff from the phys-Ed instructors to office personnel, to the entire kitchen staff were professional and so kind . The activity schedule was amazing with some very fun ones like walyball! This is an awesome place to visit!! You just have to see and experience it,as it's very unusual!...in an incredible way!! I go every year!! You can work you rear end off or just pick and choose your activities,or even just enjoy the tranquility! The staff is absolutely amazing!

This is a wonderful getaway. Just the thing to give that boost into eating better. The fitness programs are fantastic. Very motivating. Feel so refreshed and renewed. Yes, mind and body. The staff is second to none. Really want to help you to achieve your goals. Very educational, just when I thought l knew everything. I'm so glad I found Tennessee Fitness Spa for me and my daughter recently. The staff was fantastic and the week was a complete success. We will be back soon to continue our quest ;)
I can't wait to come back next year. I so enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere where I could participate when I wanted to and relax when needed. Everybody from the employees to fellow guests were nice and non-judgmental. A perfect place to recharge and renew!
