The Tennessee Fitness Spa is a little slice of Heaven on earth!! You can get in shape physically and mentally! I was talking to a lady who has been to the Red Door and Canyon Ranch--guess what? She much prefers the laid back atmosphere of TFS and it's people!!
Highly recommend...loved loved loved the nature walks with Dean and meditation with Bevin. Kimi's enthusiasm and encouragement ...priceless. Everyone is so great at TFS. Go experience it for yourself!! It's so beautiful too.

Best 3 days ever! Loved my stay there and the enthusiasm of all who work there. Also loved dropping my stones in the jar of inches lost.
There's no place like home - except the Tennessee Fitness Spa. It's better than home. The owners and staff care for you and care about you, and they provide a friendly nonthreatening motivational environment for all guests no matter the age or fitness level. My family and I have been return guests for 20 years. I just got back and am already thinking about my next visit. Thank you, TSF.

A beautiful, homey place with great food, exercise, lodging and staff! I come every year...and try to make it twice a year because the best vacation is one where you take care of yourself!
