RecommendedI just completed my first week here and love it! All instructors are so nice, encouraging, knowledgeable, and work you- but at your pace/level! In contrast restful setting, helps for relaxation when not working out. Everyone very friendly. Good and plentiful food. Highly recommend for working on your health!

One of the best vacations I spent. The area is absolutely gorgeous. Lush green rolling hills creeks ponds.... you name it it is there. Beautiful. The spa is run by a family. Very clean. Rustic cabins spacious rooms. The grounds kept impeccably. Very friendly staff. You can do as little or as much as you like. There is something for everyone.
Four perfect days so far. I’ll be a wee bit sad to head home. It’s a great place to pay attention to your body & mind. Met this little creature on today’s walk. I think she was wondering “where is this crazy lady going in such a hurry?”
I’m ending my week here at TFS 😢, had a wonderful time. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and guests. Great food and healthy living at it finest. I’ve learned so much from the instructors here. I can’t praise them enough and can’t wait to return.
