I cannot say enough about TN Fitness Spa. What an over the top experience. The landscape is breathtaking, accommodations are clean and well maintained, the staff goes above and beyond to help, the food is delicious, and the encouragement and knowledge among the instructors is unbelievable. I would recommend you plan a two week stay at a minimum! Looking forward to returning.
Perfect place to cleanse your mind and body! The staff are supportive and amazing people that truly want you to be your best self. The food is amazing and healthy. Property is beautiful. The fitness classes are perfect for all types of fitness levels. I think everyone needs to experience this place!

Tranquility, relaxation in a beautiful setting......With the chance to train hard if you choose to. Great staff that will go many extra miles to make your stay what it needs to be.
I’ve been to TFS several times in the last 15 years and the difference I feel when I leave is what keeps me coming back. Great knowledgeable staff. Comfortable accommodations. Beautiful setting. Can’t say enough good things
