The food is excellent! The staff is fun to be with. You can exercise at your own pace! They have a beautiful environment with a 38 mile river that I loved to walk on and collect rocks! Just watch out for copperheads and water moccasins snakes; they are everywhere......I got the nick name copperhead but I enjoyed every minute of my trip! Went for a whole month....

Have been to Tennessee Fitness Spa three (3) times and had such a good experience. On one of my visits, I took my sister & daughter. It has been a long while back & would like to return. Uplifting atmosphere and a wonderful opportunity for a fresh start for fitness & tranquility.
