I arrived timely for my appt, at the Powell location but waited an hour in a empty waiting room before being seen. Best I could tell there were no other patients in the clinic. No apologies and explanation for their tardiness. Eye exam was pleasant with no issues. I was going to purchase eyeglasses there, but was informed the Optician dept was not open for business yet.
