I would give Dr. Hildebrand a five star review but the practice receives a 0 star so overall 2.5. Do not count on the practice to help you in an emergency and to even actually hinder you. I had an accident that led to the loss of my glasses. I went to get a new pair and was informed that my prescription had just expired but given the emergency they said that my eye doctor would likely extend it the few days. I’m proud to say that Dr. Hildebrand is my brother! I watched as he performed pre and post-op care to my daughter who had LASIK surgery at his office. He was so wonderful, kind and patient and of course knowledgeable and extremely competent. We traveled from Memphis so she could have the best care possible. Her surgery was successful and she is about to begin her training in aviation in the Army National Guard thanks to her great outcome.
Extremely competent and professional as well as kind and compassionate. He listens well and is considerate of all questions and concerns. He has been my doctor for over 20 years, including my now grown children.
I love Dr. Hildebrand. He takes his time with me and my family for our eye care needs. He listens to our concerns and gives us lots of options. His staff is kind, caring, and professional. The wait time was not long at all. I would highly recommend him.
