What can I say about Tenley View? When I say perfection it is not an overstatement. The location is pristine, the amenities are unmatched, and the architectural design is beautiful (residents get the best of the city while also being exposed to mother nature in ways unheard of), not to mention it so clean, so safe, and so peaceful! Nothing short of 5 stars!
This will be my second year living at TenleyView apartments. All of my maintenance requests have been resolved quickly and without any hassle. The change in leasing managers has made all the difference with packages being correctly sorted in mailroom, activities around DC being posted in the elevators and prompt emails being sent out on building maintenance. Katrina is truly the best! The building is quiet & clean. Proximity to metro makes it a prime apartment in DC. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Clean and quiet. Full-size W/D in unit. Street parking only. I had zero maintenance issues. Staff is responsive, but it's a small team. They work hard to keep it nice. And it is.
