This is a great company. Mandy, Nancy, Morgan, and Linda are absolutely amazing. My father recently moved in with us and it has been a huge adjustment. I honestly don't know what I would have done without these amazing ladies!
Great employee satisfaction
The name is very fitting- Tender Care. You could not ask for a better company to come into your home to care for loved ones. Tender Care has cared for my mother after a stroke, my special needs grandson since 2011 and now my daughter. Every nurse and case worker has been caring, concerned and devoted. Our scheduler Angela is incredibly awesome taking care of our family's needs. Thank you Tender Care, your patient care is no.1!

I am very proud to be a TC employee. It is a company that has love and compassion for the families we provide care for as well as the staff. Leslie goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and needs are met. Her husband Jim is the strong arm to make sure the business end is taken care of. Together they make a great team and are the reason the company has had such great success celebrating 22years and still going strong! I love TC. They take care of my two boys as if they were their own. Most people I've met there are so compassionate but that is only because they see the example coming from high above. The owners of this company, Leslie and James, are the MOST CARING people I've met in my life.
