We used Tender Hands for over two years to care for our mom with Alzheimer's and for the last 2 months of life she was bedridden needing acute care. They were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they highly skilled to provide care, they were also kind and comforting. They always found a way to adjust to our schedule that rarely change in the first few years but changed more frequently in the last few months as mom declined. They are fabulous!
Adequate in-home care but I cannot recommend the customer service on any level from the front office. Their tactics were rude, accusatory, and uncaring in the aftermath of the passing of our loved ones. We have tried to have multiple conversations regarding the final bill that we have every intention of honoring but unfortunately they talk more than they listen. This was most distressing. Our family would not recommend this company.
Tender Hands is the WORST care giver facility to EVER assist an elderly person to !! The staff is so rude and on top of that, Karen , the owner does a very poor job at taking care of her clients. She is in it for the money only , she is not equip for the job she does ! I would NOT recommend this , don’t let them fool you into taking your money. We needed assistance when Mom started having balance issues and again while Dad is recovering from respiratory failure. Dad got ill during COVID19 and we were given 3 days notice that he would be discharged from rehab over the weekend in a weakened state. Tender Hands quickly got us competent overnight caregivers. Highly recommend them!!!
