The massive campus covers 186 acres and has programs for landscape architecture and horticulture. There are excellent facilities for various sports as well such as American rules Football, Athletics and Body Building.

If Temple reduces the merit scholarship awards for students it will see a drastic reduction in student enrollment of above-average students because of it location in North Philadelphia. Granted Temple has done much to ensure the safety of it's student and administrators but it's still in a very questionable area. Our student has been accepted to comparable universities in better urban settings and if they offer more merit dollars, then location trumps. All things being equal, location, location, location.
