My son has been in that hospital for 12 days from a stroke and the case manager called the insurance company to get him transportation to come home and it was approved getting a ambulance to come home but nobody knows anything at all about it what the blankety blank going on! I need him to come home ASAP for God's sake! Case manager is Jessica but again I say nobody knows anything what's on including the nurses of my son they don't know anything about that either! This is not good at all!!
Prior to my visit, I confirmed that my insurance was accepted and in network. I was not informed that the physician I was seeing was not in network which has left me with an unexpected medical bill. Called to speak with billing, had a horrible experience with rude, cold staff members. Unprofessional, and will never come back to this hospital.

A Big Thank You to the ER staff. I was there twice this week and was always treated very professionally and with such kindness and care by the staff, nurses, and Doctors. I felt they truly care and take precautions. I also spent an overnight and the floor Nurses, Doctors and staff were so kind and caring. They are all very busy but definitely make you feel you are important to them. THANK YOU
